I have traveled the world assisting clients with implementing enterprise-wide business operations software. The process of providing technical and educational guidance always led to consulting with clients about strengthening their team's relationships to prepare them for change through clear communication.
Though each client was different, I discovered some standard best relationship and team building practices that are applicable regardless of the team. Additionally, I developed communication and facilitation skills that helped clients successfully navigate through massive change.
My passion for using LOVE as the foundation for exceptional relationship building, communication and teaming has allowed me to:
- Author poetry and memoir/inspirational books to encourage readers to use the structure of love to move forward in life.
- Create and develop the podcast, 'A Conversation Peace'. in which I facilitate meaningful conversations among people with differing perspectives to find common ground.
- Create Collective Teaming - a teaming model based on Biblical teaming principles, and lead several workshops with church ministries to help strengthen their teams.
- Lead, Develop and Manage numerous, high-performing teams for multiple business industries.
- Help build a newly created company-wide Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion program.
- Facilitate company-wide discussions about race.
